Latitude will only collect information that is necessary for its functions and activities including the maintenance and improvement of its client services;

Latitude will take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information collected, used or disclosed is accurate, complete and up-to-date;

Latitude will take reasonable steps to protect the information held from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure;

Any individual seeking access to personal information about him/herself held by Latitude will be granted access to such information unless particular circumstances (as prescribed by the Act) apply that enable Latitude to limit the extent of the access granted;

Should Latitude no longer require the information collected, it will take the reasonable steps to destroy or permanently erase personal information;
